Via Gioberti can ship internationally. Should you wish to make a purchase from outside Australia, please contact ciao@viagioberti.com.au and the team will get back to you.

DISPATCH

All orders received will be dispatched within 24 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends. You will receive an email with the tracking details once the order has been dispatched. Should you need something urgently, please contact the store direct on +61 481 744 002 prior to placing your order.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery time for Australia is 3 – 7 business days. Delivery delays may be impacted during high volume or peak periods. Via Gioberti recommends providing an address where there is someone present to accept the delivery during business hours, i.e. your workplace. Should there be no one present to accept the deliveries in person, a slip will be left and your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for your collection.

Via Gioberti does not accept any liability or responsibility for the order once it has been shipped, should it be undelivered, misplaced, lost in transit or there is a delay in delivery.
