Via Gioberti was born from a passion for European style.
After 21 years of running a successful fashion, accessories, and lifestyle boutique in Williamstown, Rita joined forces with her daughter Alex and son-in-law George to create Via Gioberti — an emporium for those who appreciate refined style.
With the unwavering support of their loyal clientele, the trio opened Via Gioberti in February 2024 on Ferguson Street in Williamstown. Inspired by the iconic Via Gioberti in Florence, Italy — known as "the street of 100 boutiques" — our boutique brings the essence of European charm to the seaside village of Williamstown.
Alex and George, with their backgrounds in the luxury hotel industry, alongside Rita's extensive retail expertise, lead the dedicated team at Via Gioberti. Together, they take great pride in providing bespoke customer service and personalised styling, ensuring that every client leaves feeling confident.
The Label
Via Gioberti the label encapsulates classic styles with elevated elegance. Each design is informed by 20+ years of understanding our clients, with every piece undergoing multiple fittings across a variety of shapes and sizes to ensure that they feel and look incredible on the body! Each clothing piece in the Via Gioberti range is designed and hand-made locally in Melbourne.
The Boutique
Via Gioberti has been thoughtfully designed to feel like your dream wardrobe, featuring a dedicated wall for jewellery, bags, scarves, and belts, as well as another for clothing. While many of our accessories are designed in-house by Via Gioberti, the boutique also showcases a curated selection of international accessories. In addition to our own label, the boutique offers a variety of Melbourne-based brands and highlights artisan international labels carefully sourced by the Via Gioberti team, always with our clients' style in mind.
